During my observations of Ms. Yonlada Boonrasri's English classes at Ban Mak Khaeng School, I noticed she always introduced vocabulary before starting each lesson. This was very helpful for the students, especially those who struggle with understanding new words.  It also helped the teacher maintain a smooth lesson flow.  I also saw that group activities made learning more fun and engaging for the students.  When I talked to some students, they said they preferred group work because it allowed them to share ideas and collaborate effectively, leading to better results.  My observations highlighted the importance of understanding your students' needs before teaching.  If a teacher knows what teaching methods work best for their students, learning becomes much easier and more effective.
